We drove in from cheyenne, wy last nite. was a wonderful time. had a lot of rain on the way down. I love to watch it rain. such a wonder from God to us. Need to get busy packing as I leave on Tuesday for a quilting retreat with friends. What do I take with me. I am flying, so will be limited. decisions to be made in a hurry. I need to finish the laundry, fold clothes, towels, etc. straighten everything. My life is never boring. Things are always there to do.
I finished a challenge project that I have. We received 6 pieces of fabric, could add 2 more to make somethng... None of the fabric cordinate with each other. I decided to do a table runner center, and did 4 coasters make with clothesline. Used all of the fabric, but did not have to worry about the cordination. Looks good to me... and finished is better than not finished..

It is a new day today. I need for that to happen. Things happen for a purpose. sometimes we do not like what happens and that cannot be changed by anyone. I will have a wonderful day today. I will not let anyone change it for me. I am working on several quilts at the same time. Sometimes this gets confusing and it hard for me to complete anything. Put an entire row on my quilt backwards. I have taken it apart and hope to press and sew it today.
My Dear Jane Polka Dot is in preparation at this point. I have found several fabrics and have the background ready. Pattern is printed out and waiting. This will go to the next retreat that I attend. I like to have several hand projects waiting for me so I can take them when I go in a vehicle with dh. I cannot stay still and have to have something with my hands.
Hope to finish binding the western quilt for Keith this week. That is my main goal for the week.
