It is a wonderful day when you wake up refreshed ready to meet the challenges of the day. Sleep is so magical. It refreshes the brain, body, and gives you the energy to think straight. I function much better after the first cup of coffee and a time of silence for meditation. When I have to hurry in the morning, I get confused and make mistakes. so the solution is to get some rest and sleep. I was told by a wise person that you multiply the hours before midnite and divide the hours after midnight by 2. so 3 x 2 plus 5/2.. 6 + 2.5.. 8 hours... or 3 + 5...8 hours. it does not matter how many hours, just the fact that I do feel rested.....
